Tidung Kecil Island Jakgrosir Offers Discount in Ramadan

The Tidung Kecil Island Jakgrosir, Tidung Island Urban Village, South Seribu Islands Sub-district, Thousand Islands is offering discounts on a number of products from April 9-23. No wonder, it was quite enthusiastically welcomed by local residents, especially traders.

Perumda Pasar Jaya's Wholesale Retail Distribution Division Head, Edison Sembiring Meiala expressed it was a Jakgrosir discount to increase buying interest and lighten residents' burden in fulfilling their needs in the month of Ramadan.

"This discount also applies to all Jakgrosir managed by Perumda Sarana Jaya," he expressed, Tuesday (4/20).

He detailed, the number of products receiving discounts were sweet soy sauce from Rp 19,500 to Rp 15,200, 1 box of instant noodles from Rp 103,000 to Rp 92,000, flour from Rp 8,000 to Rp 7,500.

Sardines from Rp 7,500 to Rp 7,000, 300-gram canned wafers from Rp 26,000 to Rp 24,000, vermicelli from Rp 7,000 to Rp 5,200, and opor ayam (chicken stewed in coconut milk) from Rp 18,500 to Rp 16,200.

"We are also currently discussing the plan to procure a Ramadan bazaar on residential islands. Hope it can help residents," he closed.
